When you purchase a new device, FRANK-PTI will perform a professional installation of your new test system upon request. This ensures that your new measuring system is correctly configured and adjusted right from the start and thus measures error-free. Regular and preventive maintenance and inspection by FRANK-PTI ensures that your test instruments work safely, properly and precisely.

Settings and levels are checked and adjusted in order to be able to carry out a more sustainable calibration. Our customer support consists of experienced service technicians who will quickly and competently assist you with all questions regarding the operation and malfunctions of your testing machines.
You can reach our customer support free of charge on weekdays from 08.00 - 16.00 (Fridays 08.00 - 14.00) by phone at +49 6201 84 251 or alternatively via our ticket system.
If problems occur on your test systems, fast help is needed to save costs and time. You need the right expert for your device directly on the phone or on site. You need specific spare parts quickly or help with error analysis and correction. Then a service hotline under a service agreement is the right solution for you.
Software support for updates and troubleshooting is available completely remotely, depending on the situation.
