Successful Delivery and Commissioning of a Comprehensive Testing System to the Food Contact Center in Italy

Complete Laboratory Equipment for Technical Recyclability Testing Handed Over

FRANK-PTI GmbH has successfully completed a major order for the Food Contact Center in Italy. A complete testing system for evaluating the technical recyclability of packaging materials has been delivered and installed.

The Food Contact Center is an independent testing institute specializing in analyses, certifications, and technical support for materials and products intended for food contact. With our high-quality testing instruments, the laboratory can significantly expand its capabilities in fiber and recyclability testing, providing even more accurate analyses for sustainable and safe packaging solutions.

The scope of supply includes:

• S40170 Shive Content Analyser (Somerville)

• S95854 Rapid Köthen Sheet Former

• S2410 DOMAS MULTISPEC System for Image Analysis

After successful installation, the equipment was handed over by our colleague Maertin Eder to the responsible laboratory staff, shown in the attached photo (from right to the left: Dott. Tiziana Messina, Dott. Andrea Stocchi und Jacobo Bartolozzi, Martin Eder).
